What you can ask us to do

Access

Ask what personal information we process about you and request a copy where applicable.

How it works

Submitting a request

  1. Email support@the90app.com from the email or Apple relay address tied to your account.
  2. State whether you want access, correction, deletion, objection, or another privacy action.
  3. We may request limited additional information to verify that you control the account.
  4. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain if an exception or extension applies.
Do not email secrets or sensitive details. Never send a password, magic link, one-time code, payment information, medical details, religious information, or full Party invite code.

Notifications

Change alert permissions at any time in iPhone Settings → Notifications → The 90. Some operational messages may still appear inside the app.

Apple subscription

Apple controls subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds.

Party and sharing

You can leave a Party, or delete it if you are the owner. You decide whether to create and send a share card through the iOS share sheet.

Account deletion

Open The 90 → Settings → Delete account to remove the active account and associated app data.

Regional rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including portability, appeal, withdrawal of consent, or a complaint to your local data-protection authority. We do not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights.

The 90 does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
