Leave the run cleanly.
Account deletion is available inside The 90. It is permanent and cannot be undone.
In the app
How to delete your account
- Open The 90 and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation and confirm permanent deletion.
Deleting the app is not the same as deleting your account.
Uninstalling removes the app from your device but does not submit an account-deletion request.
What happens after confirmation

Your active app account
The deletion process removes your authentication account and active app data tied to it, including your profile, onboarding choices, run progress, Party membership, push tokens, and private share-card records or stored share files.

Required service records
Apple, RevenueCat, PostHog, our email providers, and hosting providers may retain limited records under their own retention rules or where needed for security, fraud prevention, support, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Your Apple subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Apple controls billing, cancellation, refunds, and purchase history.

Request deletion by email
Email support@the90app.com
from the email address or Apple relay address associated with the account. We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account before processing the request.
Do not send your password, magic link, one-time code, payment details, medical information, or religious information.
